ChristyChristy Haggard is a registered dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas A&M University and a Master's in Nutrition from Oklahoma State University. Christy is certified in Adult Weight Management trough the American Dietetic Association Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Christy's experience includes:

  • Menu development
  • Nutrition assessment and intervention
  • Nutrition education and counseling covering weight loss as well as specialized diets
  • Literature review related to influences on food choices and health behavior theories
  • Co-teaching college level nutrition course and lab
  • Expert certified in adult weight management

Christy developed the ACHIEVE meal plans. She provides nutrition education, monitors your progress, helps you make changes to the plan to fit your lifestyle and provides accountability throughout the program.

Danielle LeDaniellee is the trainer and fitness coordinator. She is currently working on the A.C.E. personal trainer certification.

Danielle’s experience includes:

  • Co-teaching “Get Real Weight Management”, a class devoted to teaching healthy eating and lifestyle changes.
  • Working with new members of the club, demonstrating technique and form of equipment.
  • Certified in CPR, group exercise, and step aerobics

Danielle provides fitness education while monitoring and assisting you through your progress in the fitness program.

JenniferJennifer Neill is a Wellness Coach certified by the Cooper Clinic, a clinic internationally known for its expertise in preventative medicine and disease management. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas. Jennifer also completed a 3 month intensive training on influencing health and behavior.

Jennifer’s experience includes:

  • Worked as a corporate health coach motivating and educating individuals to make lifestyle changes and achieve health improvements. Responsibilities also included nutritional counseling, personal fitness coaching and problem solving.
  • Health educator for Ozark Natural Foods that included developing and presenting numerous lectures, writing a weekly newspaper article, and hosting a weekly radio show on KFAY-AM 1030 regarding getting healthy.
  • Certified Pilates personal trainer.

Jennifer will help you stop cheating, gain control over cravings, deal with stress without turning to food, motivate yourself to exercise, change your sabotaging thoughts, and conquer every excuse you’ve ever used to overeat or backslide.

AprilLiz Forsbach is the nutrition assistant and front desk receptionist at Achieve and is currently attending the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville working towards a degree in Dietetics. Liz is here to help you feel welcome and informed about Achieve activities. Liz assists with the nutrition and behavior change education sessions.
